Mr. VoiceBunny has made important updates to the API!

Today we’re officially releasing some changes to our API. These changes will make it even easier to find the perfect voices for your projects.  We added even more languages so you get exactly the language and accent you need! We also made a small change directly related to the creation of projects, but it probably won’t affect the functionality of your applications. Let us know right away if you experience any problems.

New Gender and Ages

The following gender and ages are now available when posting projects:

teenageAnyGender
youngAdultAnyGender
middleAgeAnyGender
seniorAnyGender

These values can be used if you don’t have a preference for a male or female voice. When you post a project with any of the codes above, VoiceBunny will find the best male OR female voice for you.

Change in Project add API method

We decided to change the default value of the gender and age field in the project/add method, from middleAgeMale to middleAgeAnyGender. This will be used if you do not set this value when creating your projects.

New Languages

And finally, we added 2 new languages, Gaelic and Irish with the following codes:
